Severin Leal is a proud Autistic mother and wife. She has been training in striking and grappling arts for ten years, and has a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Canada). Severin has been teaching practical self defense in small group contexts for two years, and is a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist.
